Email Marketing Coordinator (contract)

Job description

  • Manage the end-to-end email production process of email campaign calendar 
  • Manage the setup and monitoring of ad hoc, triggered, and transactional programs, including optimization of existing programs and development of new programs
  • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
  • Develop in-depth, streamlined reports or dashboards to showcase performance 


  • 2-3 years of experience running an email marketing program for an Ecommerce or B2C SaaS brand
  • Knowledge of email industry best practices including contact strategies, targeting and segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics
  • Experience working with various ESPs
  • Subscription marketing experience a strong plus
  • History of managing and driving results via email campaigns
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • BA/BS degree
  • Advanced skills in Excel (including pivot tables, V-Lookups, etc)
  • Knowledge of professional sports strongly preferred
